Using the command "/addwhitelist [Player ID]" you can add a player to the whitelist.
Adding a player to the whitelist means they will no longer be banned from the server under any circumstances. Please note that these players do not have access to the admin menu.

Method 2 - Adding via the admin menu
You can use the admin menu to add or remove a player from the whitelist with just one click.
Open the admin menu (usually with the F9 key) and go to the "Player List" section to find the desired player.
The player will then be added to the whitelist.

Method 3 - Adding with AC
You can do this by adding "ACE" to your "server.cfg".
Note that in "fire-config.lua", the "FIREAC.ACE" section's variable "Enable" must be set to true.
When ACE is set to true, adding via the database and admin menu will no longer work; you must always add only through "server.cfg".
